Re: Red/Black with sunroof registry

Hey I see that #4914 has been located..i owned this one and sold it back in 2004. I've been looking for it for a while now. If anyone has any information on the car (even if NFS) I'd love to hear about it.

Joe (SCT93COBRA) is a stand up guy. I've known him for a long time and purchased parts from him. Its always great seeing original parts offered here in the forums vs. battling it out on ebay for them. If it hadnt been for a few good mustang buddies (like Joe) I wouldnt have been able to locate the p...

Best of luck brother...I've had no luck for the past 2 months looking for one...Mine's getting bolted on without the insert (there's a few different ways to avoid using one...) BUT if you want your car 100% stock you need it. That would be a good piece for someone to repop!

No good pics as of yet - I purchased the car from BULL on this site a few months back. Its a red w/ blk interior car with 82k miles. He was ran off the interstate running about 70 thus its current condition. I believe that he posted pictures up here of the aftermath of the wreck. Pretty much the car...

thanks

I'll try the 1st option and proceed from there...You can almost get the door panel off but its "stuck" between the dash and the door and I do not want to mess it up...all I need is to locate mint black interior pieces (door panel) on top of the cobra specific parts :) I'll post findings he...

My question is this - is there a way to remove the door lock mechanism from t...

Sounds like a plan...I may call 50resto and ask how the repop one connects to the front bumper cover...Mine is a stock NOS bumper that hasnt been cut out yet for the insert...maybe I could semi modify it for now and change later after I find the correct retainer. I would still like to purchse one if...

Have any of you guys attempted to "retain" the grill insert with nuts or something else to hold it in place...seems like w/ all the repo grill inserts sold there must be another way than using the stock retainer? I could always add one down the road when I find one (I'm itchin to get this ...

insert retainer

I was watching it on ebay...I figured 75 bucks tops...there's no way I'd pay that much for one though (is that the going rate these days?) or is the retainer the reason it brought so much dough (considering the other 2 pieces are repopped now).
