I love this site; as soon as I saw it for sale on Craigslist I remembered bad things about #66.

It hasn't had the original engine or trans in it for awhile based on the forums. The rear end was the only drive train that was original. Probably not going to set well with many 93 owners, but since the accident history is going to be so bad on this car and no original drive train; I'm going to IRS...

That hit was an easy repair why would you rip the motor out?? :pissed: The guy was super nice; but didn't know what he had. Wrecked it within 2 months of owning it. Insurance "totaled" it but it still has a clean title. He swapped the engine/trans into a rough GT instead of repairing this...

Got it. Looks like an easy fix and all the cobra body parts are there and not damaged.

Going to look at / buy tomorrow morning. I'll keep you posted. I've been looking for a long-term project cobra.

instrument cluster looks like it has had holes drilled in it... maybe an aftermarket tach? Also the carpet looks like it was dirty as hell, and then cleaned.

I knew something had to be strange about it. It was too clean and nice to have not already been picked up. And this guy had it painted? Wonder what he paid for it?

why did some come with a 6 digit odometer, and some with a 5 digit? for the longest time, I thought all 93's came with the 6 digit odometer, but after owning a few, I realized that they still had the 5 digit odometer???
