I think the problem is solved. Brought the car to my insurance agent and she is gonna write a letter to commerce. I also stopped back at the inspection place and they re-inspected my car and input the correct mileage.

That was just an example of the people they got working at these inspection places. That time it was my truck not my cobra. But I have learned my lesson, will never go there again.
