Sounds like a plan, let us know how it turns out. When the switches are glued back in, put 12v to the wire to confirm contacts are working (before sewing them back together).

I've fixed them. They are actually easy to fix, though I've never seen anyone else bother. You should be fine. There is a filter sock at the bottom of the fuel pump that filters dirt particles, no way a piece of rubber can get through it.

I ran polished real deal Rs on mine before switching to the five lug replicas.

What about that one on the Corral with 63 miles? Pricey, but sounds like the guy will listen to offers.
