I have 3.73 and got the gear that steeda said I needed, but its still off by about 10 mph. I don't know if they just told me which gear would get me closest of what. And I don't know how to fine tune it, or if you can. If you figure it out, let me know. Off by 10 mph at what speed? The speedo will ...

Do you have pics? Where are you located?

I don't think you can find a Ford gear to fit our's over 3.27's. You can use the Jeep gear for 3.55's. My car does have 4.10's and the previous owner calibrated the speedo perfectly. Not sure what he did.

Yeah, I can't stand black wheels. A lot of people seem to like them but not me. That car would look so much better on some anthracite or silver painted FR500's.
