Which replacements would be the closet to stock 93 Cobra?

Is there any way to free it up.

I went out and pushed on the front it hardly moves no matter how hard I push, the back seems to move fine. I push on it and rebounds nice and smooth.

Here lately when I drive the 93 it feels really rough. If I hit a bump in the road it's like it has no suspension at all. What most likely do I need to replace. I know some are going to say replace nothing so it will be original but I like to drive it that's why I bought not to just look at it.

That is one clean Cobra. I hope some of these Cobra's I have seen lately go for the money these guys want.
