Not sure if it is well known but the driver's fender emblem is the last Cobra emblem that does indeed face backwards and not towards the front. That all changed after the 1993 Cobra. Every Ford Cobra emblem on the driver's side now faces forward after the 1993 model.

I got my black one not long ago with no floor mats like my first run either but, I'm still happy as a lark to have it.

I run a Paxton 8 lb SN-92 on my '93 Cobra.I installed it way back in 1997. Runs quiet and only whistles after about 2,500 rpm. Adds a good kick in the pants along with my 3.55 gears and Walker catless exhaust and nobody even knows it's there. I can have it back stock in a weekend if I want too.
