Double check the vacum lines, also check to make sure the supercharger made a good seal with the intake. I had one at a point doing similar things and was a leaking intake gasket, might even be able to spray around the intake with carb cleaner to see if it affects it. I agree, sounds like a big low...

On a stock engine you're not going to notice a difference. Now, if you were to add some after-market parts that would require you to need more fuel, changing out the stock meter would add some HP and work better with the additional HP. Nothing against a stock Cobra, but I'll take the vastly improved performance and enjoyment provided by my modified ride any day! The decrease in value (which is not always that much) of a properly and tastefully modified Cobra is more than offset by the fun to be had behind the wheel! Amen to that!...
