I know zero about California, but I guessing this is for a smog inspection and it needs to be an OEM exhaust? Can you make it "look stock" with a boring Walker stock looking muffler (vs a very distinctive looking flowmaster, borla etc)? Maybe buy a set of pipes and have it all welded toge...
