Re: Whatcha think?
If you can take it to a Ford dealership, they should be able to tell. I had the same questions around mine, and if I recall correctly... they had to determine who the original manufacturer was (Motor craft is just the label ford puts on it). I think there were two or three different companies over t...

Re: Headliner Issues
Mine practically fell apart when I removed it, so I have no idea based on what was left.

Re: The big question of Wheel Caps
The cars a Sunday driver (around 90k miles), and my goal has been to get it as close to factory original as possible. The wheels are kind of a special circumstance because I'm planning on using the Current Cobra R's it has on it for when I drive it, and swap them out with a set of original 93 wheels...

Re: Headliner Issues
So I'm finally looking at redoing my headliner, but theres alot I'm not sure about. According to a few threads here... the TMI board is garbage. However I'm worried that my board is trashed as well. (See below) I've got a DAMN close match for Color, Texture, and the fact that its Vinyl at a local fa...

Making the perfect original wheel....
Ever since I've owned my car its had a set of Cobra R's as its wheels. Its been a long time coming, but I finally have a set of original NOS Cobra wheels as well as a set of original Gatorbacks that came off a Mach 1. I'm looking to make this set of wheels as close to how the car came originally fro...

The big question of Wheel Caps
Soo... its been a while (two years)
1. What should I expect to spend on a set of Wheel Caps if they are...
a. NOS
b. Great Shape
c. Good Shape
d. Poor Shape
Is it worth bothering to find the Ford versions or would aftermarket be just as good?

Re: Starter hanging up on start up
Everything plus the main power wire (FROM THE BATTERY) goes to one post. The Small connector that is the ignition signal goes to the top "mini post". The thick wire that runs to the starter should sits by itself on the other main post.

Re: Starter hanging up on start up
That still sounds like its not grounded properly. Even if one of the two mount bolts is not grounded properly against the fender wall or stripped out, it will cause the solenoid to hang. Take some di-electric grease and place it between the fender, bolts, and hole of the fender wall. See if that doe...

Re: Starter hanging up on start up
What do you mean by "hanging"?
Odds are your starter relay is either going bad or not grounded properly.
