Need a black driver side fender.....anyone?

Fuse is good. Problem is intermittent. Working when I moved the car this AM....is the blower motor in the engine bay or behind the dash? Also having intermittent problem with the drivers side window switch. Posibbly related????

Started last weekend intermittently. Now no air blowing. Can feel cold w air on but no blowing action from the fan. Fuses all look good. Any ideas? Thanks.
