Weekend Trip

Post by Doughrat19 »

Planning on taking the Cobra up to Maine this weekend. Will probably be the longest trip I have taken since I bought the car a couple of summers ago. Not that it's that far but I think the farthest I have gone to this point was down the Cape from Boston. This trip is going to be from Boston to Wells, ME. Thankfully it looks like decent weather this weekend. Currently it's been raining here for what feels like a week straight.

She is a driver. When I got her two summers ago she had around 109k, I think she is around 112k now. And I've posted info on the car twice in the "add my car" section. Both times my post dissappears and the car doesn't get added to the registry so I gave up.

Your car looks quite nice for that kind of mileage. Enjoy your road trip.

At some point the horn went and it was replaced with an aftermarket horn before I got the car. I believe that is what that wire is running to but I'd have to check. The horn is mounted right next to the CAI though you can't really see it in the picture. That's one thing on my list to fix.

Teal Cobras are really growing on me. Perfect with black interior. Really nice car. Enjoy the drive.

Paint looks outstanding-what kind of wax you use on her?

Have we stopped adding cars to the registry? Thats what I thought this site was meant for tracking all 4993 no?
