Anything with the features your looking for is going to come with a cost. I've got a California indoor cover that fits great, but is only for indoor use. It's a very well made cover

They make a few outdoor covers between $200 and $250.

You want a Superweave from California Car Cover. They do everything you are looking for pefectly. Really small when folded, repel water and deflect UV.

I have the Softweave Cali Cover. It says it can be used outdoors for limited time only, really a indoor garage cover. Doesn't repell water at all.

I use the California Car Cover Dustop cover. It doesn't let any dust through whatsoever, whreras I've seen a lot of covers do just that. For another few bucks I had the Cobra logo printed on the front. It works really well and provides really good indoor protection.

Here is a pic of the superweave on my 93. They fit very well and water rolls off easily for outdoor use. They work great indoors also. If you are only going to use it indoors save some coin and go with a CCC dustop cover. They work great indoors but just don't fit as tight.
