Anyone in or near Morgantown, WV? (CARFAX on my old #3974)

I have been without my bought new build #3974 since February of 1996 and have always wondered what has happened to it and where it might be today. I ran a Carfax on it and it comes up clean. Looks like the 3rd owner purchased it from an auction August of 1998 and it was titled at that time in Morgantown, WV. That is the last activity on the Carfax report. Nothing past August 1998.

What do you guys think may have happened after that point? Is the car out of the country now? Has it been converted to a race only car? Is it being stored?

The car is red/leather/roof/power seat/rear defrost.

Anyone here live in or near Morgantown, WV?

Have you searched your vin# within this site? Also, is there anything distinctive about your car? Mods, aftermarket parts, etc? The reason why I ask is... I have had luck finding cars within this site by typing in a pacific name of a part, such as vortech si, 30lbs injectors, fresh paint, and even a name of a town such as Morgantown. Just some suggestions.....PM me your vin# and I'll search and keep an eye out for ya. I'm about 4hrs away from Morgantown.

I do check the registry on this site every so often but I don't see it there. My car was 100% stock. Brett...I will message you the Vin #. Thanks in advance for your help.

Its most likely out of the country, ill check the car fax on mine to see if it states exported or gives any clues to what happens if a car leaves the US . I'm in Canada so I think
it may help. There is only a few here so its very possible its here, my vin is 36** cant recall to be exact

It means a collector parked it in his garage. I have one that has had no activity since 97 , but it is nice and cozy indoors. Not exported..
