Sometimes people latch on to pieces from other cars and simply keep them. Check the vin on the various panels on car including fenders, etc to verify that nothing fishing is going on with the VIN on your car.

Don't worry so much about Vin sticker on front or Doors, look at the one's on the quarter panels, also check Buck tag on radiator support. It will have the last 6 of the vin
