Update on #2776 and general BS

Post by QWKSNKE »

I haven't been on here in a while so I thought I would give some updates.

First off, I no longer sale repro 93 cobra mats. ACC changed the logo location to the wrong spot and said they would not change it back. So I told them to close my account. (there are a few threads about this on svtperformance.

Second, the 93 has gone back to a n/a setup. New combo consists of AFM N-61 cam, out of the box AFR 165's, 30# injectors, Accufab polished 75mm t/b, PMAS 80mm MAF attached to a AFM 4" pipe, ported cobra lower, and stock cobra upper. Also swapped out the 3.73's for some 4.10's. Needless to say she is quite peppy. The N-61 cam pulls like a bitch on the big end.

Also currently thinking about ditching the Tweecer for a AFM PMS. As soon as it warms back up here, I am going to fix an oil leak and put her on the dyno. I expect to put down in the 340 area at the wheels once I set up an EEC tune that I like.

Forgot to also add that if get enough extra cash before FFW at Commerce, I am going to throw at least a 100 shot back on it. Probably will be a 150 shot

Since I have almost the same combo as mgerman on svtperformance i expect mid 11's on motor (if the tranny will hold while I am getting back in my racing groove) and mid 10's on juice

When I was searching for floor maps for my '06, I ran into a few providers (CJ Pony Parts is one I can think of) that sell 93 Cobra repro's. I bought a set from you over a year ago and was wondering if they're similar. What's your take on these?

CJ Pony parts is the company that screwed up the mats. They contacted ACC and had the location changed after I had spent 2 months with ACC getting the logo correct.
