Pulled it out of my grandparents garage where it's stored for some much needed sunlight. I barely got it back in the garage with all the ice in their driveway. After driving my AWD SHO all winter I forgot how bad Mustangs are in it. Spring is around the corner!

Hallelujah!! We've had the 3rd highest snow accumulation since they've been keeping weather records in my neck of the woods and my Cobra hasn't been out of the garage since mid-December.

pretty much got the engine compartment done to factory standards after allot of little things

And!
decided to try and fix a quarter size cheap that was right about the drivers door handle!
Never can seem to take before and after pictures?

got the touch up paint out and built up the chip,
got the 600, 1000 and 2000 grit out and got it
built and smooth and almost ready to start polishing out tomorrow,

hope it works as well as I've done before with other issues like this in paint?
or she's going to my paint shop to get it done right!

but I've had allot of experience trying this so my hopes are up that tomorrow that one and only paint imperfection will be fixed

the goal is to have it RIGHT for Ellington Field Aeros and Autos car show May 17th!
I won Best Engine 2 years in a row with my 66 F100 and it's been 2 years since I've been back since I sold the truck

We had a ton here in Ohio too. I don't ever remember it being this cold for so long. I guess I spoke too soon about Spring being around the corner. Its going back to the 20's next week...

Nothing. Freeing rain and sleet last night, snowing now and waiting to see how much we end up with by the AM.

This winter has pretty much the norm when I was growing up in the late 70's early 80's. It was a lot more fun as kid, not so much for a guy who has 9-5 and and hour commute one way!
