Ouch. That sucks. Hope it's not too bad & an easy fix.

Its actually unusually warm here so Iv had all kinds of wrench time! I got the car in mid October and have been focusing on cleaning it up. dont get me wrong the car is very clean, i would have to say a good 8.5 but i want a 9.5! so far here is some of my completed talks

Replaced the door actuators. didnt work
removed all of the after market gauges/monster tach from the dash pod
repaired drill holes from said gauge pod!
Installed a NOS hand brake. My OG one was way way to sloppy
Rewired the cars alarms system, basically i want it for key-less entry( sent brain out for repair ,hard to believe the MFG is still in bus after all these years)
Removed the aftermarket head unit, amp and sub
Installed the factory stereo system back( yes repaired the 4 holes in the din area)

So much more but I know this was what did i do today thread, so today I pulled out the entire interior to wipe down and just have a look under everything..it all checks out..now to put it back together and try to line up the panels a little better, next is to get the motor looking as stock as possible..lots of work in there

a quick vid of how the car sounds and a few pics

Seen this idea before on here. Laid out some carpet today to help with the flat spots. They are really getting bad. The last time I had the car out it took quite a while to get the flat spots out.

Brett the car looks great!! I also park on carpet but through the winter the cars go up on stands since they would be sitting for a long period of time.I have found that my cars can still start to get flat spots on the carpet when parked for extended periods.

C'mon, Brett! Forget the carpet. The best way to prevent flat spots is to drive that shiny teal Cobra a little more often! :drive:

Thanks, I'm hoping for the best. My '03 cobra sat way to long and it ruined the tires.

Your absolutely right! I do really want to drive it more and need to. Just been to busy, plus it always seems when I can squeeze in a ride it rains. :cussing:

Pull the Black one out the garage to blow the dust off it. Put inner tire rod end on the Teal one (front wheel bearings and bump steer kit this weekend). Its my daily driver, everyday with a smile.
