When I got it, it was totally stock, even original tires, replaced with the Michelin pilot supersports because of dry rot. I also put the hurst shifter in it looking for a shorter throw but didn't make much of a difference to me. Would love to do exhaust but I'm hesitant to change much on it, what's your guys thoughts on things like that?

Probably wouldn't hurt to add a catback setup, just take the time to remove the original and save it. What kind of miles are on the car?

Excellent choice in tires ... waaaay better than the stock Goodyears. For a great shifter, go with the Pro 5.0. You will not be disappointed. As for mods, I'd normally say go for it. Certain mods totally transform the performance of the car, especially a supercharger. A Fox body with over 400hp is a wickedly fun ride! However, with only 15K and nearly totally stock, many Cobra guys will probably recommend you keep your car that way.
