Headlight condensation

Post by pete3323 »

Took the cobra to a local place to have the headlights buffed out. They came out nice....BUT. Now I am getting condensation inside the pass side headlight. Is there a fix for this?

Did they take the lights off of the car to buff them? Check to make sure that the headlight bulb retaining ring is tight so it won't let moisture into the housing. Also check the edges of the housing to make sure they didn't burn through any plastic or sealant that would also allow moisture inside.

No they weren't removed. Pretty sure it is whatever seals the housing...
