Window Squeaking

What's up guys? Hope you're all having a good Labor Day Weekend.

I searched on here for window squeaking issues and everyone said it was alignment. I tried messing with mine and couldn't fix it. There are little rubber/velvet pads and I think one of the velvet pads is worn off. Any idea what these are called and where I can get some replacements?

I'm going deaf every time I roll down the window!

So it's squeaking from the the tabs that the window glass sets in on the window regulator or its catching/skipping along the dew wipes/door belt weather strip?

Just go to an automotive glass shop local to you, they'll have what you need.

Was not aware that automotive glass shops had strippers and beer.
