#59 New Cobra owner....

Post by Teal1of185 »

Recently picked up my 1st 93 cobra. Wasnt looking for a hot rod but always wanted a 93 Cobra, and couldnt pass this one up . Specially since the person I got it from was talking about putting LS motor in it. :pat: So I took it off his hands, so he could get LX for conversion.

What I am trying to find out, is what production number it is. I do know its rarest color combo according to info on this site. Its teal with black cloth interior. It is stock minus, exhaust, and the rims. Thats the bad thing, someone took of stock rims and installed cobra r's :yuck: Joined site to find set of rims and info about 93's..

Here are motor pics.. This is after a couple hours of scrubbing and wiping it down. Ac compressor was black and had dust and dirt dobbers under there. I did add a set of FMS wires, and have to replace dist. One of the TFI mounting holes got stripped and is rigged up with longer bolt and nut. I have a brand new billet distributor I plan on installing. Besides that only other mods I plan on are long tube headers and catted x-pipe.

Let me get this straight, this is car number 59 of total production, or the teals??
