Update #1098 and add #2648 to Registry list

Seen these 2 cobra's today. #1098 is now located in Tucson, AZ, repainted red and has 90k miles. It was bumped in the rear end so the guy had it repainted red.
#2648 is located in Tucson with 8,250 miles. Last vin #'s are: 174097. Car has all options on it, red with leather and sunroof.
