Re: Syclone
I've had several of those and the Typhoon's. Heck I had a Typhoon that ran 6.90's in the 1/8th. Talk about a sleeper.

Re: Syclone
it was a blast to drive! with the all wheel drive, i could launch it under boost and it wouldnt spin just put you back in the seat hard! and ive had it dig up asphault on all fours, maybe the tires or the road, but i never had any of my cars dig up aspault. i liked the looks of the factory wheels but i never had them and they are expensive! mine came with vette wheels , but i put the trans am gta wheels on it , because it looked like the syclones in the old ads back in the day, like the red comp trucks.these were supposed to be the fastest productions cars/trucks at the time.

Re: Syclone
Those were Marlboro Syclones given away by Marlboro I think they gave 10 away. Little power upgrade, painted red, with a targa top and the wheels.drtymike wrote:I like the way yours looked with the gta wheels........the red comp truck looks cool, i've never seen one before1993cobra wrote:it was a blast to drive! with the all wheel drive, i could launch it under boost and it wouldnt spin just put you back in the seat hard! and ive had it dig up asphault on all fours, maybe the tires or the road, but i never had any of my cars dig up aspault. i liked the looks of the factory wheels but i never had them and they are expensive! mine came with vette wheels , but i put the trans am gta wheels on it , because it looked like the syclones in the old ads back in the day, like the red comp trucks.these were supposed to be the fastest productions cars/trucks at the time.

Ahhhh. I rememberi was at a nhra race in Dallas back in the day, they had a black one and red Marlboro one next to each other at the GMC motorsports display, looking sharp!
