A friend of mine very reluctantly did recently. He quickly got over a considerable amount of teasing, etc. and he is quite pleased with his decision. Much more space than all but the largest SUVs and a lot easier on the wallet.
With chromies and a couple cobra badges, how can you go wrong with a minivan

Add an off-road exhaust and Flowmasters and all the soccer Moms and Dads will really be impressed (or frightened). :D

Equinox, Acadia, Traverse, Explorer........depends on what size SUV your looking for, mileage, etc.

GM and Ford have the best SUV's, hands down IMO.

The Explorers are very nice, and expensive. Consider the Escape; nice styling, room, and reasonable price tag. I'd go for the Titanium package with the 2.0 Ecoboost.

Don't wanna deal with it over a few grand, just not worth it IMO.
It's prob worth 8-9 trade in, and might get 11-13 sell private sale. It's real nice with factory ground effect package, black leather with navigation.

With interest rates so low makes sense to keep cash and make yourself a higher interest

A couple things to think of when buying a dd (try to loose the least amount of $$)
Lease is always the best bet! All cars depreciate big time put the risk on the manufacturer. Now you may not get the exact car u want. U have to look for the deals. Sec opp is buy a 2-3year old car and keep it for 10t yrs. Or buy and sell every couple yrs. but you still loose on tax. Especially if you like nice stuff. Remember if you pay 45k for a car you have to make 90k :flush:
