My "new" toy.

Found this vehicle in a tiny print ad in middle-of-nowhere Montana. The elderly seller ended up having knee replacement surgery while we were discussing the sale. This, along with delayed shipping, made this purchase a long, drawn-out ordeal. It arrived late tonight on a big 18-wheeler. To say I was excited is an understatement. I have actually never seen one of these in real life (only on the internet). The first time I see on in person, it is getting offloaded in front of my garage. I drove it the length of my short driveway and the only thing I noticed in that short distance was it feels like a beast. The engine shakes the car!

Oh, I forgot to mention. It has 764 miles on it.

Congrats. Now you will be looking for a 95, and of course a 93.

Nice addition. You're well on your way to your own Mustang museum.

Detailed under the hood today. It was actually quite clean. I just took it up a notch.

Not possible, Willy. I don't think Goose would be able to sleep at night if one of those Stangs was dirty!

Very rarely, but yes. Much like my 93, I take it for a short drive once every couple/few months to keep it exercised. Otherwise they will hit a car show or 2 per year.

Playing with my iPad and iMovie, I made a little movie of some of the paperwork that came with my 00R. Included is the original window sticker in English and French, the original purchase agreement, all of the race-stickers that SVT sent with the car to highlight the specialized equipment on the R, the "infamous" black binder that's chock-full of goodies and the Cobra R owner's supplement.
