LOL im in NO way a millionaire. Far from my man. just work hard, try not to buy un-needed shit - and save for cobra stuff... oh and buy a few things for the wife and kid once in a while.. LOL

The raffle thing seems like an easy deal, but it's illegal in some states, while others have contraints on them.

Now that's not to say you couldn't do something on the sly.........
