Ha! I have no clue what I'm talking about aparantly. Had it confused with something else. But in thy case it's perfect.buddha wrote:It is a cloth car.jstanley55 wrote:No but I think he should look past the fact that its not a cloth car if it's as nice as it sounds.buddha wrote: You mean he wants leather?

Ok so the CarFax states the following
I talked to the owner before the person I bought it from and he told me there was a typo at the DMV in 1995 and they recorded the car having 40,595 and it actually had 4,595. If you notice it shows the car having 50mi on it on 04/27/1994 and then 40,595 just 8 months later on 01/04/1995 and then 8,069 on 09/24/1996 another 8 months later. If you see if car in person you can tell theres no way someone daily drove it to the tune of 40K miles in 7-8months.
Also keep in mind on 10/18/1994 the car was in a accident so it needed down time out of that 8 month/40k miles period to be fixed
Now he also informed me the car was hit in 1995 in a parking lot on the drivers side. A lady in a truck backed it into the driver quarter panel/door but he said all original body panels are still there. He swears the car had a VIN tag on the hood when he sold it but its not there so I am not sure on that. As far as the overall paint and exterior, it look great. Whoever fixed it did a exceptional job. I would rate the exterior a 7-8. The interior on the other hand is perfect and one of the cleanest Black cloth interiors I have seen and reflect the low mileage.

I am not sure. I tried to disclose everything I knew about the car. Here are 2 more engine photos

Car sold. I was trailering the car to Houston for 2 potential buyers and I stopped into a large gas station to check straps. 65yr old man sees me inside enclosed trailer with car and walks over to look at the car. Looks at the car for 5 min in trailer, doesn't sit in it or drive it and offers to buy it. I tell him what I wanted for the car and 15min later he was returning with $13k. Sold the car right there and then delivered it to his home. It's going in a Air Conditioned/Heater 30,000 sq ft barn with 10-12 other collectable cars and trucks. Thanks everyone for looking.
