Car was originally owned by a Ford delaer's owner, he drove the car quite a bit, I looked at it a few years back, he wanted 35K for it then, Neede Grill insert Painted at that time, and the trim was faded a little bit. Really nice R, if you are looking for a Ocassional driver, price is a little high, but not many R Drivers floating around.

Are those the seats that came with the car? I don't know anything about the R's so I'm just asking.

Yup, 4 cylinder seats as they are not powered, thus weigh less.

I owned #19, and #62 93 R's. I can tell you its cool for about a month, after that you miss your Radio, Power windows and A/C. And the fact that they have the exact same powerplant as a regular 93 Cobra really does not help the car. Other than low production #'s, thats all it really has going for them. I can tell you that my 4993 car is a lot faster and fells like it has more power than both my 93 R's did, not sure why. All are stock.

Stop talking about 4993, keep it off the radar so I can buy it someday, Ha!

I wish the job was stable or I would be ringing his doorbell

Does anybody know what he has been offered? I think this would be the buy of the century for around $40k. The low prod. numbers bear that out, low miles and completely stock make it a very desirable car. I would love to know his bottom dollar.

And is that standard on R's for the front vin tag to be under the front valance?

No, both my 93 R's had the VIN tag in the normal position, #19 was a ford Press car as well, #62 was the Kauffman Race car, had more SCCA laps than any other 93R, even over the Steeda cars.
