As it turns out this car was owned by the perosn that was killed in the crash of the Porsche 918 in Simi, Ca...The shop was owned by one of the stars of the "Fast and Furious" series of movies....He was the financial backing......As most of you are aware, for some reason instead of selling the car directly, they gave it to auction america for their Burbank auction, and lost their ass in the poor sale price (46.5K)....Why they weren't willing to talk to buyers like myself before the auction will remain a mystery......Sadness for the people that died that day..............
The shop/dealership is being auctioned off to settle the estate evidently......

Roger rodas owned the mustangs. And the crash was a Carrera GT.

Yup, as as mentioned earlier, I originally was looking to buy their r. But too few miles I thought to be able to feel good about driving the car. Happy with what I did get from him.
