Don't get me wrong I would drive the shit out of that car! Gaps could be fixed easily depending on how they painted it. If it was me and the price was right buy it put 10k on it. Get the front clip painted and blended right fix gaps and sell it YOU'RE not going to lose anything  buy it lynch I want to come sit in it!

I love the car, and would love to have it. But may not be able to work a deal, we will see

I think the front cover may be an aftermarket is why it does not fit right, and it doesn't match because they are painted in single stage from the factory and most do not match. (Red Cars Only). And they may have done it like the factory. Butit does not fit very well at all.

As for the gaps, Im sure they will lign up with a little work.

Yet more proof the body shop this guy used was no good. The accident photo shows the brunt of the hit the car took was at the front passenger corner of the car which created the larger gap at the driver door/panel and left the passenger door/fender so tight. Guess the body shop missed the gaps during the repairs.

Sit in a '93 LX without power windows and don't look in the back seat ... you'll never know the difference. ;)

John, although we have had words, I hold no Grudge,

FYI, I did not buy the car, was working with him, I did make him a 35K offer. But I got an e-mail today said he sold it locally. So someone in OH bought it.

As for the car, He sent me a repair list, and it was LONG! ALso sent me some pictures, not sure if you got them, it has the wrong radiator in it, had a regular radiator. Had whole front replaced, Even the radiator support, and about 7 hours of Frame time on the Bill he sent me. Total repair Cost was 14K

So this being said, I think 35K was about all it was worth. If he got more that is Great for him, but the car had a lot of Body repair. To me I would rather have #19 Back, although it had the wrong Motor, it had all the original sheet metal, and never had any accidents. Just my Opinion.

7 hours on the frame rack is quite a but of time for what was stated as minor damage IMO!

$44k!!! No friggin' way. Anyone willing to drop that kind of coin on THAT car would have stumbled across this car at some point and time, and paid the extra $9k for a basically new car:
