Get an ohm meter and I'll pm you my phone number and tell you the steps, I'm betting you need a clock spring.

So I was driving the cobra today and decided to turn the a/c on since wifey was with me and it was pretty hot out, I never use it, then the airbag light was flashing, counted 4 four or three times then a long pause then it did it again, I was so pissed, whenI got home I waited a few minutes, went to crank her up and waited for the flash and no flash, then I turned the ac again and no flash, any:help: on this would be appreciated, I'm confused about it too

count the number of flashes look for short and long pauses. example flash, flash, flash, pause, flash, flash long pause = 32 each will repeat 3 times, then the next code will flash if there is a second code.

I saw the Crappy flash in my wife's 93 convert and didn't know why it started all of the sudden. I have the windows down most of the time myself. I'm going to take it out today with no A/C and see what happens.

Nah, she'll be alright, she actually told me not to turn the ac on in the first place since the car is "old" and something might happen, guess she knows her cobras :?

Hate to disagree with your better half, Vin. ;) However, you should be able to turn on your A/C and not have a flashing airbag light, even in a 20-year-old car. Hopefully the info in this thread will help you figure out what's wrong and it'll be an easy fix.

I love cruising in the Cobra with the windows down, but sometimes the A/C is a must in my neck of the woods during the summer. I'm sure it's the same down in Georgia. Good luck.

Ya it sure is hot as shit in Georgia Z, it's strange but I haven't seen it flash anymore, even today when I was testing it out with the ac , wonder why it only did yesterday, hope it's the only time
