Based on the 45 code, you need to check the LH airbag sensor to make sure its mounted properly. The airbag sensors are mounted to the radiator support assembly with green screws. I'm not sure if left-hand is from the driver's seat or facing the vehicle, so I'd check the sensors on both sides.

Check my post about the airbag sensors towards the bottom of the attached thread -

Awesome Z, so how exactly do you adjust it?? Maybe a new sensor??

Not sure, Vin. I've never had to adjust an airbag sensor. If there are no obvious problems with how your sensors are mounted to the support assembly (i.e. the screws are tight and the sensors appear to be securely attached), you may need a new sensor or maybe someone else will post how they can be adjusted.

Gotcha, I'm thinking since it's 20 years old it might need a new sensor, anybody know how to replace /adjust airbag sensors??

No adjustment. Unplug connector, remove bolts, swap sensors, replace bolts, connect wire.drink cold beer

That's so easy you can drink cold beer earlier in the process.
