Rear wing Removal. How difficult is it?

Post by psucobra »

Does anyone have experience removing the rear wing? Any insight on the best and easiest way to remove it would be very appreciated.

Never have myself. However, any local Ford dealer that has a body shop would be a good place to ask.

Nothing to it. Remove the plastic interior panel on the inside of the hatch and you will see the bolts and then the felt pads on each side cover up bolts as well.

I recommend having a friend involved. Anytime you get a big part that you have to remove. It makes it easier when the part is loose to have a extra set of hands! Esp if you dont want to scratch your paint.
