Rear Shade repair ???

The inner portion of the clip area appears to have snapped off.
This is the portion that is part of the shade itself and currently unable to reconnect.Thought of superglue but that wont work.
Does anyone know how or where something like this can be repaired? or the approximate cost,pictures of previous projects or anything would be appreciated.
