No! I understand though. And I'm glad to see another clear bra, I had one put on my 97 vette when I had it. put it on with 20k on it and sold it with 30k on it and it still looked brand new. Good luck and if I had the money I would buy it for sure. Hopefully someone on here will pick it up.

Rolltide93 I hope so too, the clear bra does work out nice. Make it nice to not worry so much about the front of the car.

I'm thinking of doing a clear bra when I finally settle on someone to paint my front bumper and hood on the teal. Dang rock chips. Would of been great if that product was around in the 90's.

Wish you were closer Brett I could install it for you. I used to install them for my buddies dad on the side for about 6 months. Not hard but there are a few tricks to know or it could go south in a hurry.

Well all i can say is if you don't have to, don't. I have never taken one off after it has dried completely. The ones I installed were made by 3M and they are no joke. We used alcohol in a spray bottle to keep the adhesive neutralized while we were fitting and stretching. The adhesive is not just the run of the mill stuff you find on oem trim parts either. I would say if you have to try to find a spot that is really inconspicuous like on the bottom of the front spoiler and get a heat gun and try to work an end loose, then get some alcohol in a spray bottle and spray it underneath to try and break the adhesive. Might take a while but don't just pull on it like a regular trim piece, you might start pulling paint off. I would say just play with it and use lots of alcohol. I can remember using a whole spray bottle of alcohol on a single front end. But again if you don't have to, don't.

I probably won't peel it off, I figured it could take the paint. The car has never been an "outside" car so it may be easier then a car that baked in the sunlight. Thanks for the input on it.

The Shelbyfest in Herman has a guy that applys those clear bras every year. He's out of St. Louis somewhere. The stuff is pretty amazing when it's done and you can't tell it's on there until your on top of the car. Even then you really have to look for it.

I'm sure it's gotta be a bitch to get off.

They are expensive too. When I was doing it my buddies dad was charging no less that 1k a car to do it. This was 3 years ago so I'm sure it has gone down some but yes it is well worth the money as I'm sure Willy knows.

Meh, I know this guy isn't charging anywhere near that. I want to say around the $300 range. I would imagine it depends on the car, and how much of the car they are covering....bumper, rockers, etc.

Here is the guy:
