how is the performance compared to a 93? Any value on these you think down the road as far as collectability?

The '94 only had 5 more hp and 5 more lb/ft of torque so off the line performance is about the same (although the curb weight of a '93 is about 100 lbs less). The '94 had much better brakes (13-inch front discs instead of 10.84 and 11.65-inch rear discs instead of 10.07) plus ABS. It also had 5-lug wheels and slightly larger tires (255/45R17) as well as some improved suspension bits.

That being said, IMO these are not nearly as collectible as the '93 (although the Pace Car replicas hold their value better). Although only made in slightly higher numbers than the '93 (5009 coupes and 1000 convertibles for '94), the '94 and '95 are overshadowed by the DOHC 305hp Cobra model available in this body-style from 96-98.

they are cool... I looked at a 94 convertible pace car... but they will never hold the same value and or collectible status as the 93 cobras will.

What color are they? You didn't happen to buy that one out of Austin about 6 months ago that had 32k miles on it did you?
