Hey Everyone,

Its not a Cobra but I know you guys know your cars and I just want some input. I have the opportunity to buy an 86 SVO Mustang. Car currently has 140,000km and is owned buy a 46 yr old gentleman. He bought it off a 55 yr old gentleman for $8500 like 5 years ago and told me he would take $4000 for it. I am going to look at it tonight and I was hoping to get some advise of what I should be looking for. I know the rear spoiler is broken (missing the top half), and it has been sitting in an underground. I have looked online and found that on 58 86 SVO's came to Canada.

Jonathan.

The spoiler is one of the harder pieces to come by, IIRC.

Honestly, that price is high unless interior and paint are in premium condition.

Don't get me wrong, they are very cool cars. However, they don't command the premium prices that svt products pull. Price wise, it needs to be priced not much more than same year GT car.

There simply isn't the demand for them.
