that ad is for the wiring harness, computer and mass air meter only! no engine!

approx. prices. to build your own
computer - 300
gt40 heads- 400
cobra intake- 300
crane rockers- 125
mass air meter - 75
24lb injectors - 125
throttle body - 75
short block- 400?

that 1800 plus labor.

I think that I'm just going to resort to building my own. I purchased a decent set of gt40 heads today that included 1.6 svo roller rockers and already have a rebuildable block from a 1991.


Does anyone make a cam that is similar to the factory cobra cam?

I heard the crane 2090 is the same or very close or maybe its a 2031? Just call crane.

You can find an orig cobra cam easily on ebay or craigslist- just use the search engine.
