Thats a pretty low number, make sure you add it to my thread at SVTperformance.

I wonder if there is a Teal car with that number out there.

Just got an email back from him.

Only response:

Did you win the auction? Can you have a little machined off the center mounting surface and still use the wheels?

I haven't won them yet but I will with My max bid. How much needs to be machined off the center section, A 1/2" ? Have You had this done? First time I've heard of this idea, Since the repo's are 8.5 wide and about a 1/2 inch needs to come off the center I'am wondering about clearance problems on the inside of the back wheels? Anyone know???

The front will be an easy fix if you swap out the front rotors with regular old gt / lx rotors. If you turn the quad shock around you will get more inside clearance , And I had some 17x9 r's on my cobra with no problems so the 8.5 s should be ok . espeacilly if you could take a 1/4 inch of the mounting surface of the wheels. :?:

I thought it sounded too easy. I really don't want to change anything other than the wheels. I'll just keep looking for some OEM wheels. But thanks for the insight.

Just cancel your high bid . Ebay says you can cancel up to 12 hours before auction end for special reasons, and "entered wrong price" is one of those reasons and there is more than 12 hours to go. :D
