New to the site here but not a cobra owner (88 gt) unfortunately, but may change at anytime.Anyway, some may know me by my username, same one I use on ebay to sell ford radios.I restore, sell, and install aux. inputs in mid 80's to late 90's ford vehicles.just making contact that I am available for any questions you may have, repairs,or parts you may need.i do currently have a 93 cd player with ipod input to sell,if interested.i also have a cassette with premium sound and input installed also for sale.i also buy broken ford radios of this vintage, whether it be a f-150 or mustang radio for parts to salvage off them.

I consider what I do a business and treat it that way,i don't sell junk.have been doing it for around 5-6 years and started when I got my 88 gt and started exploring the radio options and such.pretty sure a couple members have some units of mine.thank you for your time, and hope I can assist you in your audio needs.corey

Welcome Corey! :D

Do you have any pics of the Mustang radios you've done? Also, how much are you asking for the CD player with the aux. input installed? This sounds like a great alternative to installing an aftermarket radio as a lot of '93 Cobra owners like to retain the stock interior look the factory head unit provides.

yep, here's a couple pics of what I do.keep in mind I can make the input wire longer so one could mount it anywhere or keep it loose in say,the ashtray compartment.the ones I have to sell at the moment don't include the lower tray.i honor everything I sell.i sold one last week in less than an hour for $275 plus shipping on ebay.keep in mind that these are very hard to find in working condition and i'm the only one who installs the input.prices are negotiable,of couse.a person can also install the premium radios in 87-92 mustangs without much problem,i have one in my 88.let me know, and thanks for you interest.

very pleased with all the interest i'm getting on the radios and the service.much more than I expected for such a small time.to give an idea on the price of an ipod input install.i have been charging $50 total for this service.that includes return shipping via flat rate priority mail box with tracking.i think this is fair.shipping is $12.35 at the moment, parts for the install about $5 and paypal fees a couple dollars.so when its all said and done,i make about $30,install time is about an hour or so.i value my time and don't think this is to much to ask at all.the dealer I work for charges $81 an hour so i'm pretty cheap.getting a few e-mails on this so just want to get it out there.thank you.

Can you repair these radios? If so you'll have a boat load of work.

I purchased one from you a few years ago, still working fine. I have passed your email to several people, glad you joined the site. As speed said, you might have your work cut out for awhile.

Can you repair that LCD screen with parts from another?
