WTB: 1 NOS F3ZZ-18124-A strut
Looking to buy 1 NOS 1993 Cobra strut. Looking for new in the box. I would also consider a pair, since I realize a seller wouldn't want to separate. Thanks, Tom.

Did you buy another '93 Cobra or is this for your notch?noac wrote:Looking to buy 1 NOS 1993 Cobra strut. Looking for new in the box. I would also consider a pair, since I realize a seller wouldn't want to separate. Thanks, Tom.

No still have my notch. I am keeping the this one Mike, which as you know, is unlike me. I liked the ride of the Cobra so I am putting some Cobra suspension parts on my notch. I like them because in my opinion they offer a better ride than the 87-93 LX/GT factory parts. So far I have NOS 1993 Cobra rear shocks, NOS quad shocks E5ZZ and 1 NOS 1993 Cobra strut. I bought 2 struts on ebay....but after searching his inventory seller only had 1. I currently have new (1 year old) orange Koni Struts up front and they ride nice. I just like the fact that by having all the Cobra stuff on there, it will ride better and look bone stock in appearance. My goal for the car is to have it looking quite stock, with a few bolt on parts to make it more enjoyable.

Ah, OK. Sounds like a fun plan for the notch. That car is just awesome, Tom!!! Glad you're keeping her around longer than you normally would. lolnoac wrote:No still have my notch. Let me know how it rides with those struts Tom, the car drove really nice with the factory spec stuff on there, however, I have been told the cobra set-up is a little softer ride quality.

Will do Tony. Car didn't have the factory struts when I got car. Had some Monroe Struts and they were actually SN95 stuff per part number. Still looking for at least 1 NOS new in box 1993 Cobra strut. Thanks.VA93SVT wrote:Let me know how it rides with those struts Tom, the car drove really nice with the factory spec stuff on there, however, I have been told the cobra set-up is a little softer ride quality.
