And the old saying that there is an ass hole for every seat proves correct again.

Great idea, I am sure someone on corral.net will buy it, the average priced car on that site is $10k and people can't even pay that. He should just list it on ebay with the other (4) that aren't moving.

Just click what's actually sold on eBay. The prices are the same as they've been. These dealers read that gas monkey world record article. Which ended up being bs 2 cars showed back up for sale. They will be sitting for a while. :pop:

So true. They put the triple white lx vert with 137 miles back up on ebay after it supposedly sold at Barret Jackson and the highest the bids were were $40k, but it is a "wrapper car" so I would expect bids that high. But $45k for a 93 vibrant red cobra with gray leather and 12k miles? Not yet maybe in 20 years.....until then :slap:

Hes whoring it out. This was the 4th place I seen it for sale.

I'm still trying to figure out (for example) why a 275GTB with the wrong engine and transmission is worth about half of one with the original drive train. You would literately be leaving million + on the table but a lousy 93 cobra goes up in value when this happens to it. Providing it was in a magazine. :violin:

Your talking apples and oranges. Yes a 69 Z28, LS6 Chevelle, or any high dollar muscle car or 275GTB as you mentioned is certainly an entirely different value range without the original engine or drivetrain. But were not talking about cars for $100k $200k or millions. Its a 93 Cobra for around 30k and a car thats totally modded out to begin with, do you think every single person cares about not having the original engine and drivetrain?

Its all relative, his point is you can get an orig drivetrain cobra for less thats not been modded.
