Does anybody know the deal on this car? It has a drum brake rear end, and no VIN stickers on the front end.

Car is also listed as having 40K miles. Carfax is showing over 93K.

I have looked at this car before when it was traded in 05 to a Chevy dealer. It has came a long way because boy it was rough then. The Drum brakes were on it then and seems like there were sever other odd things and that was why I passed on it for like 5 grand. And the mileage was in the 80's or 90's then.
