I know, it is going to suck. I travel internationally a couple times a year for work.

I have 12 screws and a plate plus a 12 inch metal rod in my right leg and it has never made the medal detector go off in an airport. I used to think the same thing. But now its no big deal.

Titanium or SS? mine are stainless.

I'm not for sure but my car wreck was in 1992 so I doubt it was titanium.
