Hey,
I'm thinking of selling my 93 Cobra. I'm asking $12,000 I have over $18k invested. I'm the fourth owner. 100,000 miles. List of options include;

I noticed the vin sticker on the passenger fender is missing, was the car wrecked ?

The vin sticker is there. It is just painted over. I did a car fax which said the car has not had any damage but the car has been repainted.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO THE CAR AS TO WHY IT WAS REPAINTED ?

I went by the carfax which disclaimed no accidents. Why somone would paint the whole car I don't know although the vin stickers are all in the right place and not tampered with. Maybe they lived on a gravel road and the car got chipped really bad. Like I said...I went by the carfax. I didn't get a weekly history of the car from the previous owners. Are you interested in the car or are you just making small talk?

I know a guy in South Dakota that can polish and clear coat them. I'm not sure how much he charges. Mine have some minor blemishes and he said he could re-polish mine for $25 a rim. I noticed the polished ones add a bling rating of plus 1 when cruising. Joel
