1993 6k original miles

Considering buying a '93 Cobra with 6k original miles. The car is completely stock with the exception of an Off road H pipe, Flow master cat back and Eibach sportiline springs. All original parts come with the car including the original uncut exhaust, H-pipe and springs. Do these mods hurt the value of the car considerably or due to the fact the original parts can be easily bolted back on not make that much of a difference?
