Now the vin they have listed has a D in the vin but the pic of the door data tag is not one for a cobra. UA color correct but date and vin wrong. Maybe a replacement door???

Good eye........didn't catch that when I glanced at the pics. After I saw the underneath of the car.........nasty looking.

Anyway, just looks like the pulled the door off a donor car. Not worth any where near what they're asking IMO with all the issues.

Not sure where the heck they're getting the number 4 build number ?????

If you watch the VIN numbers in the registry, which its not in there. It should be around the 4000 mark with the last digits

Car dont look too bad other than a few small defects. Id definetly be asking questions about that door. Wonder if it really is 66K original miles......... with that undercarriage.

That seller sold an 89 Saleen Convertible to a guy that lives near me about 4 years ago. In the ad the car looked very nice. He kept the Saleen for a couple years and I looked at it when he had it for sale and it was one of the roughest cars I've ever seen in person. He paid top dollar and then some for the car and admitted to me he got shafted. Not saying this car would be the same but that Saleen they sold was rougher than a night in jail but advertised as show quality.

anyone read the auto check on it? its been wrecked in the rear once and then wrecked on the left side. and the odometer exceeds mechanical limits. looks like they bought it from a dealer auto auction
