Vin# 1facp42d0pf174731
Build# 2878
Born 5/17

Immaculate and perfectly streetable 585RWHP/570RWTQ 366 cubic inch, supercharged, 6-speed manual, Black/Black 93 Cobra built/tuned for 93 octane pump gas. 33,350 miles. 1500 miles on new engine. Details: Ford Racing Boss 302R block bored/stroked to 366 cubes (6.0L) with 10.25:1 compression, forged Scat lightweight crank+rods, Diamond pistons, Comp cam, stock 93 Cobra valvetrain, Edelbrock Victor Jr. aluminum cylinder heads, Edelbrock Performer RPM II intake manifold, Edelbrock 75mm TB, Vortech V-2 SQ S-trim Supercharger (13psi), AFM Powerpipe, 90mm MAF, FRPP 60lb injectors, FRPP aluminum radiator, BBK L/T headers w/matching short O/R H-pipe, Flowmaster American Thunder cat-back with turndowns, McLeod dual-disc clutch, D&D TREMEC Magnum Viper-spec 6-speed manual transmission/driveshaft, FRPP 3.55 rear gears, complete Baer brake kit (13" rotors at all 4 corners), custom subframes (welded), lightweight front-end cradle, Tokico 5-way adjustable front struts, caster/camber plates, Steeda rear lower control arms, Auto-Meter A-pillar mounted boost gage (black face), FRPP 03-04 Cobra 6-speed shift knob, 5% limo tint (all windows except windshield), Kenwood CD player, all 6 interior speakers replaced with Kicker speakers, replica rims widened to 10.5" with 315/35 Nitto NT05R drag radials in the rear, 7.5" wide Ford original factory rims with 245/45 Nitto NT555 tires in the front (I have the other 2 original factory rims as well). No sunroof. No rear defrost. Ashtray door works fine. This car is spotless, flawless and a complete jaw-dropper. It has never been to the track, but can be driven as hard as you want as it's built for it with a conservative, safe tune. It was completely stock with 16K miles when I bought it in 2004. All mods have been done by Alternative Auto Performance. I have receipts from all modifications, as well as all oil changes done at Ford dealers (Mobil 1 5W-30 fully synthetic oil and matching filter since I bought the car). This car looks, runs and sounds amazing.

Yea, I'm with ya guys on the price. I can see "maybe" $18-22 due to the motor. Looks nice and well put together though.

This car has been on Autotrader for the past several months. The seller just recently added the pics with the front-end cover.

Only if you're looking for a stocker. Price isn't that bad IMO. He's got no less than $15k in the drivetrain, parts alone. Looks like he had Alternative do the work, so I'd hate to see what he has in labor to do the work. Just have to find the right buyer for something like that.

I wish I could add up all the receipts on my notch and sell it for that it's just not realistic though

Agreed. You'll never get back out of what you put into, unless you never drive the damn thing when your done and luck out finding the right buyer. That's why I've parted cars out in the past to recoup the maximum amount of cash.

Good example is my black car. I have about $10k in receipts in just parts, not including the labor for the install from the gentleman who made the mods. So with the cost of the car, he had well north of $30k in it. I didn't pay anywhere near that, though there was one other owner between he and I. I bet the owner of the car for sale in this post has close to $40k in it.

$5k drop in price with OBO. Could probably be had for $24k. Couldn't build it for that price.
