Stainless overlay on the coil cover, CC plates of some sort, and missing the original hose from the valve cover to the throttle body. Looks like it was hopped up and returned to mostly stock.

The CC plates are overlay covers over the stock plates, the Hose on TB is also a Stainless piece that was sold back in the day, I don't think this car was ever modded, also, the biggest issue is the non Original Tires. Those look really had.
